Services
Quick Overview
True North Alpine Mastery offers high-quality, structured ski development experiences for adult athletes seeking lasting progress—not short-term fixes.
Our work sits at the intersection of:
Technical skiing
Athletic development
Decision-making under pressure
Long-term progression
All services are built around the Core Coaching Experience: a 5–6 day Development Cycle delivered in Austria. Differences between tiers relate to preparation, integration, and support, not access to better on-snow coaching.
In Practice
Core Coaching Experience includes:
~25 hours of on-snow coaching over 5–6 days
Two gym sessions (2 hours each)
One workshop (1–2 hours)
Two group socials with coaches for discussion, Q&A, and mentorship
Annual True North Membership (future enhancements TBD)
Coaching Structure:
1 coach for groups of 1–3 athletes
2 coaches for groups of 4–6 athletes
Groups may be split to allow focused practice, guided skill application, or solo deliberate practice
Participation Options:
Individuals (1–2 athletes): Join an open Development Cycle with up to six athletes. Choose a service tier for the level of preparation and post-cycle guidance:
Foundation
Alignment
Integration
Groups (3–6 athletes): Pre-formed groups train together in a closed cohort with added support options:
Dedicated Teams
Dedicated Teams with Prep + Integration
Dedicated Teams with Prep + Integration + Flexible Training Window
Principles:
Cohort size is intentionally limited to protect learning quality
On-snow coaching is identical across tiers
Preparation and integration support differ by tier
Accommodation and travel are athlete responsibility; guidance is provided where requested
Capacity & Application:
All cycles are capacity-limited, application-based, and fixed-window (except Flexible Training Window team cycles)
Early booking is essential to secure a spot
Outcome Focus:
Progress is expected, but exact results vary with athlete fitness, background, focus, and engagement
Goal-setting and a learning contract clarify responsibilities and expectations
