Development Cycles for Groups
Quick Overview
Group Development Cycles allow pre-formed teams of 3–6 athletes to train and progress together in a closed cohort.
The Core Coaching Experience remains identical to individual cycles, while group-specific tiers add preparation, integration, and operational flexibility:
Dedicated Teams (€9,000) – full Development Cycle for your closed cohort
Dedicated Teams with Prep + Integration (€10,500) – adds structured pre- and post-cycle support
Dedicated Teams with Prep + Integration + Flexible Training Window (€16,500) – highest-touch, with flexible arrival/departure scheduling

Key Principles for All Group Tiers:
On-snow coaching identical to individual cycles
Capacity-limited and application-based
Team members must have sufficient fitness and recovery capacity for full back-to-back skiing days
Gym sessions and off-snow preparation are encouraged, optional, and principle-based
Teams may assign a “team captain” for logistics coordination, but collective responsibility is expected
Accommodation, flights, and airport transfers arranged independently; guidance provided
