Development Cycles for Individuals
Quick Overview
Individual Development Cycles allow adult athletes to choose the level of support and mentorship that best fits their goals, availability, and learning preferences.
All tiers share the same Core Coaching Experience—differences are in preparation, post-cycle integration, and mentorship, not on-snow coaching.
Service tiers for individuals:
Foundation Cycle (€2,500) – complete Development Cycle, self-directed preparation and consolidation
Alignment Cycle (€3,000) – adds structured pre- and post-cycle guidance for readiness and follow-through
Integration Cycle (€3,800) – highest-touch tier, ongoing mentorship, fitness integration, and deeper technical support

On-snow coaching identical across tiers
Athletes are responsible for effort, preparation, and engagement
Progress is expected, outcomes vary with fitness, prior experience, focus, and learning aptitude
Gym and off-snow fitness are encouraged but not mandatory
Goal-setting and learning contracts clarify coach vs. athlete responsibilities
