The Initial Development Cycle is the entry point into the True North system.
It is a structured 5–6 day on-snow training block with approximately 25 hours of coaching, delivered in small groups of up to six athletes. It includes one year of Foundation Membership.
Development Cycles operate within a fixed capacity of six athletes.
Individuals and Pairs
Join a shared group
Groups are formed to ensure compatibility in level and training focus
Adult Groups (Pre-formed)
May join a shared group, or
Choose to train as a dedicated cohort by reserving additional capacity
Families
Train as a dedicated cohort
A parent or legal guardian must be present at all times
A dedicated cohort is created by reserving capacity within the cycle.
Minimum charge: 4 athlete spots
Larger groups reserve additional spots as required
Maximum capacity: 6 athletes
This means:
1–3 athletes → pay for 4 spots
4 athletes → pay for 5 spots
5 athletes → pay for 6 spots
6 athletes → no additional cost (full capacity)
Pricing is applied per reserved spot.
