Initial Development Cycle — (Includes Foundation Membership)

€2,600.00

Quick Overview

The Initial Development Cycle is the entry point into the True North system.

It is a structured 5–6 day on-snow training block with approximately 25 hours of coaching, delivered in small groups of up to six athletes. It includes one year of Foundation Membership.

How Participation Works

Development Cycles operate within a fixed capacity of six athletes.

Individuals and Pairs

  • Join a shared group

  • Groups are formed to ensure compatibility in level and training focus

Adult Groups (Pre-formed)

  • May join a shared group, or

  • Choose to train as a dedicated cohort by reserving additional capacity

Families

  • Train as a dedicated cohort

  • A parent or legal guardian must be present at all times

Dedicated Cohort and Pricing

A dedicated cohort is created by reserving capacity within the cycle.

  • Minimum charge: 4 athlete spots

  • Larger groups reserve additional spots as required

  • Maximum capacity: 6 athletes

This means:

  • 1–3 athletes → pay for 4 spots

  • 4 athletes → pay for 5 spots

  • 5 athletes → pay for 6 spots

  • 6 athletes → no additional cost (full capacity)

Pricing is applied per reserved spot.

This structure ensures a controlled training environment and uninterrupted group dynamics.

Important Notes

  • The Initial Development Cycle is completed once per athlete

  • Includes Foundation Membership (1 year)

  • Participation is application-based and capacity-limited

  • Group format (shared or dedicated) is confirmed during the application process
