Core Coaching Experience

All True North Development Cycles share the same Core Coaching Experience.

What the Core Includes

  • 25 hours of on-snow training delivered over 5-6 days

  • Two gym sessions (2 hours each)

  • One workshop (1–2 hours)

  • Two group socials with coaches for discussion, Q&A, and mentorship

  • Annual True North Membership (included)

Coaching structure

  • Groups of 1–3 athletes: one coach

  • Groups of 4–6 athletes: two coaches

    • Athletes may be split into smaller working groups

    • At times, one athlete may work independently while coaches focus elsewhere

The Core Coaching Experience is the same for all participants. It is a deliberately immersive learning environment that extends beyond on-snow training and is built around long-term development, not short-term outcomes.

Group size is intentionally limited to 6 participants, divided into two small groups led by two coaches. Coach-to-athlete ratio, continuity, and mentorship are key differentiators of our work.

Accommodation and travel arrangements are not included.

Accommodation support*

  • Guidance on location and suitability is available. For participants seeking additional support, introductions to independent accommodation providers may be offered. Accommodation is booked and paid for separately.

* True North Alpine Mastery does not act as a travel agent or accommodation provider and is not a party to any accommodation agreement.
